Surdip Singh Sidhu is a senior solicitor at our firm and a senior immigration and asylum caseworker with Harbans Singh & Co Solicitors.  Surdip has over 13 years experience in private client work, specialising in criminal defence, immigration law, asylum law and human rights law.

Surdip qualified as a solicitor in 2007 after gaining LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton in 2002.  He completed his training contract at Harbans Singh & Co and has been working at this firm since he qualified.  Surdip also became a duty solicitor in 2011.  He is a seasoned criminal defence solicitor well experienced in police station, magistrates court and crown court matters.

Surdip is a Level 2 accredited immigration advisor/supervisor, experienced in all aspects of Immigration and Asylum Law. He is particularly interested in Appeals, European law, Immigration law and Asylum law and

Refugee law.  Surdip has appeared before the First Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).

Surdip can communicate in the Punjabi and English languages.
