Mandip Singh Khatkar is a is a Chartered Legal Executive.  Mandip has over 9 years experience in private client work, specialising in Family Law and Wills and Probate.

Mandip admitted as a Member/Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2011, after gaining a Higher Diploma in Law - University of Wolverhampton.  Mandip trained throughout the duration of his legal education at our firm and has been working for us since he qualified as a legal executive.

Mandip is a skilled and respected advocate, known for his attention to detail, preparation and strong, practical advice.  He is well experienced in all aspects of Family Law. He is particularly interested in financial cases involving substantial money, complicated assets and interveners. 

 

Mandip has appeared before Family Courts and represented clients in respect of private Children Act proceedings, where there are welfare issues, such as domestic violence, physical abuse, sexual abuse or child abduction.  He has also represented clients in respect of Family Law Act proceedings including non-molestation orders and occupation orders.

Mandip has extensive experience in applications under the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, and he has appeared in proceedings at FDR (Financial Dispute Resolution) hearings and at Final Hearings.

Mandip can communicate in the English and Punjabi languages.
